Cancellations and Refunds

Coaching and Training Courses:

• Duration for Refund Request: Users may request a refund within 1-7 days of purchasing a coaching or training course.

• Eligibility Criteria: Refunds will be considered if the session is canceled due to unforeseen issues.

Consulting Services:

• Refund Handling: Refunds for consulting services will be processed only if Extreme Ownership Consulting cancels the scheduled session without any rescheduling or discussion.

• Conditions for Refund: Refunds are contingent upon sessions being canceled by Extreme Ownership Consulting.

Book Purchases:

• Refund Policy: Refunds for book purchases will be issued in cases where the book fails to get delivered or is damaged en route.

• Timeframe for Returns: Book returns must be requested within 1-2 days from the delivery date.
